Can I place an order from outside of the Continental U.S.?
Yes, you may. However, our policy is that you must order for will/call or pick up, as we do not ship outside of the Continental Unites Staes of America. We also require the payment to be made by a check, that must clear before the product is submitted to the customer.
Can I order something that I don't see on your website?
Yes, you may request a special order if you you need something that we are able to obtain. Please contact us for further information on this.
Does Your Site Require a Resale Number to order?
Yes, Cibaria Soap Supply is a wholesale website for Soap Makers to those in the trade, and we do require a Resale Number. When you sign up, the site will ask you for your Tax/VAT Number. It is referring to your resale number.
Where are you located?
We are located on the West Coast in Riverside, California.
If I have a cheaper shipping method, can I request it?
Depending on availability, we would be happy to ship items via your preferred method. Please contact us for further details.
Can I pick up my order from your facility?
Yes, you may pick up your items from our Riverside, CA facility by appointment. Please call us to confirm a date and time, and we will be more than happy to have your product ready for you to pick up.
How Do I check the status of my order or obtain a tracking number?
Login to your Cibaria Soap Supply account and simply navigate to the left column menu to find your order details, such as if it's been shipped, and if there is a tracking number available.
Can these oils be used for consumption?
While these oils would technically be safe for consumption, we recommend heading to our other website at http://www.cibariastoresupply.com to purchase any oils that are going to be used for consumption. Cibaria International oils will contain all necessary information and nutrition facts that are required by the food industry.
