Shipping and Returns


All of our items on this website are shipped via UPS. To prevent loss and/or theft, UPS will require a signature at the time of delivery. If you are in need of a special shipping method, please contact us.

Items are inspected thoroughly before being packed and shipped. Our staff is committed to bringing you the highest quality of oils, and will be happy to speak with you regarding any special shipping conditions you may have. If you find that your item has been damaged during shipment, please contact your Cibaria, as well as your carrier. Cibaria makes every effort to pack items in a secure manner so your oil makes it to you just as fresh as the day we sent it out.


Before returning any Goods to us, for whatever reason, it is important that you contact us via email or phone to inform us of your intention and reasons for doing so.

Any faulty goods must be returned to us by mail and you must first contact Cibaria with the details of the fault, your customer order number and personal details, and we will send you an Return Authorization. When you receive this email, simply print out the Return Authorization and place it in your parcel with the item(s) you are returning. Please package your item(s) securely, returning in the original outer packaging where possible. You are advised to obtain a return receipt for your post. We will endeavor to send you a replacement or refund your payment (including reasonable postage costs) within 14 days.
